These compact ranging poles are used for measuring slope steepness and often used in conjunction with clinometers. They're great for marking out lines, alignment or indicating boundary areas. 

Our compact ranging poles are four x 0.5 metre (total of two meters) which can be joined together by simply plugging together. They have black and white sections and built for all weathers. Ideal for field trips as they fit easily into a rucksack, car or mini-bus!
